David Macfarlane (Chairman)

Mr. Macfarlane brings many years of broad legal experience to PML. He was the senior corporate partner of the law firm Ashurst until 2002. He is currently Chairman of JZ Capital Partners Limited, an investment company listed on the London Stock Exchange, and is also director of an AIM listed company and two private companies.

Dr. Robert Hancock (Chief Executive/ Medical Adviser)

Dr. Hancock has worked in private general practice for over 35 years in Central London. He has wide experience in general medicine and the client-base of his practice comprises private individuals and local companies. He also specialises in occupational health and in palliative care and has a particular interest in psychosomatic illness.

Dr Hancock is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners and a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons. Prior to General Practice, he was in the Royal Army Medical Corps and served in Northern Ireland and Germany. He has worked on several ethical committees in private hospitals and has also served as President of the Chelsea Clinical Society.

Robert Gray (Finance Director)

Mr. Gray is Chairman of Debt Finance & Advisory at HSBC Bank plc in London since 2001. He joined HSBC in May 1994 as Chairman of HSBC Markets Limited, with particular responsibility for developing HSBC’s capital markets capabilities worldwide. Mr. Gray graduated from St John’s College, University of Cambridge, with an Honours degree in History.

Dudley Fishburn (Director)

Mr. Fishburn brings to PML broad-ranging experience gained during a long career in journalism and public life. Following his tenure as Executive Editor of The Economist, he was the Member of Parliament for the London Borough of Kensington. He was also a Parliamentary Secretary at the Foreign Office in Mrs Thatcher's administration. Mr. Fishburn also has an extended involvement in university life and was the first non-American to be on the Board of Harvard University and now chairs the Library at the University of Cambridge. He retired last year from the Board of HSBC Bank plc and remains a Director of a number of companies on both sides of the Atlantic and in Russia and India.

Jeyhun Hasanov (Project Manager)

He is a UK graduate with a proven record in the successful management of development and business projects. He has more than 12 years of experience in project management (PRINCE 2 qualified). He has significant experience of conducting business in Central Asia and the CIS countries.
